To all NIAS UNISON Members,
First, a huge thank you to the members who have already taken the time to share their thoughts through our Communications Survey. The feedback we’ve received so far is incredibly valuable and is already giving the Committee a clear picture of how we can better support you.
However, we know there are many more voices out there.
We want our new communication strategy to be built for all members—from A&E and Control to PCS and Admin. To make sure the changes we propose to the Committee truly reflect the needs of the entire branch, we would love to hear from as many of you as possible.
